Who We Are

Security Voice, Inc. is a privately owned company, founded in 1993 by Pat Sullivan and Anne Matunas. In 2001 Bob McCurdy purchased the company. Security Voice’s background was in crisis communications, specializing in product recalls. The president of a Fortune 100 company asked us to develop a similar program that would focus on employee ethics and at the same time identify wrongdoing and other events happening within the organization. 

Since that time, Security Voice has developed a program that enables employees and management to anonymously report problems and concerns via an interactive voice response system, via the web, or by a live intake specialist. Our service provides companies with flexible and complete reporting options. 

We have received many awards, including the Ernst and Young’s ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ award in the social responsibility category. By providing an ‘anonymous, third party verbatim’ reporting service, the company can meet compliance and culpability standards set forth by federal guidelines and laws.

Leadership Team

Bob McCurdy


Bob received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Ohio Dominican University and a Masters in Accounting from Bowling Green University. Bob has served as President and owner of Security Voice since 2001. He is involved in all aspects of the business, including management, sales and administration. Bob is ultimately responsible for the quality of all work provided to clients. Bob is an active member of Rotary, St. Brigid’s Parish and Catholic Social Services. He resides in Central Ohio with his wife, Judy.


Scott McCurdy


Scott graduated with a business degree from Ohio Dominican in 2009. Scott has been responsible for new sales and marketing at Security Voice since 2009. Scott and his wife, Gretchen, are Dublin Ohio residents.


Angela Parrett


Angela graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Ohio State University in 1991, having earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History. She’s been employed with Security Voice for over 20 years and has been managing the operations of our business hotlines as well as the office since 2011. She currently resides in Central Ohio with her husband, John, and beagle, Dudley.
